As the Director of Small Jobs and Capital Projects, you will lead and manage a portfolio of concurrent interior renovation and tenant fit‑up projects (including but not limited to apartment, restaurants & bars), typically with budgets under $2 million. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight to a multidisciplinary project team, including Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Site Superintendents, and third‑party general contractors.

Residential Maintenance Manager

Payroll Coordinator

As the Payroll Coordinator, you will support the accurate and timely processing of payroll and employee benefits for multiple business units while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail. Hotel Accountant

Reporting to the Hotel Controller, the Hotel Accountant will work closely with the accounting staff and Management teams at the Delta Hotel by Marriot Dartmouth, Barrington hotel and Muir Hotel in Downtown Halifax. The Hotel Accountant is involved in all aspects of day-to-day financial accounting of our hospitality properties.

The Senior Building Operator will report to the Director of Building Operations.  This individual will provide critical support to onside building operators and related staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of building systems.

Maintenance Technician

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will assist with the day to-day operations and maintenance of building systems and mechanical equipment across a designated area of the portfolio. They will be physically comfortable completing repairs and maintenance work and will be required to undertake unit maintenance when tenants vacate.
