A senior member of the Finance Team, the Director of Financial Reporting will be responsible for preparing, reporting, and analyzing the financial results of the organization. Live-In Resident Manager
Reporting to the Residential Maintenance Manager, the Live-In Resident Manager is responsible for the overall appearance, maintenance, and cleanliness of our buildings. Other responsibilities include routine inspections, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance of units during and after tenancy. The Live-In Resident Manager will also be responsible for showing and selling the building to prospective tenants in accordance with established company parameters.
