Director of Small Jobs and Capital Projects
As the Director of Small Jobs and Capital Projects, you will lead and manage a portfolio of concurrent interior renovation and tenant fit‑up projects (including but not limited to apartment, restaurants & bars), typically with budgets under $2 million. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight to a multidisciplinary project team, including Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Site Superintendents, and third‑party general contractors.

Senior Project Coordinator
As the Senior Project Coordinator, you will support different Project Managers and Site Superintendents, assisting with the firm’s projects, focusing on interior related and small capital projects, that range from restaurant & bar retail to base building upgrades to tenant improvements. The project coordinator will work with and learn from experienced Project Managers while having the opportunity to grow their career in in the industry with a stable and reputable company.

Maintenance Technician
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will assist with the day to-day operations and maintenance of building systems and mechanical equipment across a designated area of the portfolio. They will be physically comfortable completing repairs and maintenance work and will be required to undertake unit maintenance when tenants vacate.
