Building Operator
As a Building Operator, you will be responsible for the maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical systems. You will also manage preventative maintenance programs, liaise with tenants and contractors, and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

Maintenance Technician
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will assist with the day to-day operations and maintenance of building systems and mechanical equipment across a designated area of the portfolio. They will be physically comfortable completing repairs and maintenance work and will be required to undertake unit maintenance when tenants vacate.
