As a Marketing Manager at The Armour Group Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing marketing initiatives across multiple sectors, including hospitality, residential, and corporate. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing plans for iconic properties such as Muir Hotel, Queen's Marque district, Delta Dartmouth, Historic Properties, Modspace Coworking space, and more.  The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, creative flair, and proficiency in social media management and graphic design tools.

General Manager- Merit

Merit Cleaning Services is searching for an organized and dynamic General Manager to join the team. Merit Cleaning Services delivers best-in-class cleaning services within hotels, commercial offices, residential buildings as well as private residential dwellings throughout the HRM.

The General Manager will oversee operations at a portfolio of commercial and residential properties, liaising with Hospitality operations for cross training opportunities.

Maintenance Technician

Reporting to the Property Management and Maintenance Management teams, the successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day operations and maintenance of building systems and mechanical equipment across the a designated area of the commercial portfolio. They will be physically comfortable completing repairs and maintenance work, and will be required to undertake unit maintenance when tenants vacate.
