Senior Marketing Manager - Food & Beverage

Reporting to the SR. Director of Marketing, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager- Food & Beverage to lead and develop marketing strategies for our portfolio of restaurants, including under the Freehand Hospitality brand. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the execution of social and digital marketing strategies, mentoring a team, and ensuring all ongoing campaigns and promotions align with the overall business objectives. You will drive the development and execution of marketing plans, foster collaborations, manage PR initiatives, and create memorable events that elevate the brands.

Live-In Resident Manager

Reporting to the Residential Maintenance Manager, the Live-In Resident Manager is responsible for the overall appearance, maintenance, and cleanliness of our buildings. Other responsibilities include routine inspections, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance of units during and after tenancy. The Live-In Resident Manager will also be responsible for showing and selling the building to prospective tenants in accordance with established company parameters.

Maintenance Technician

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day operations and maintenance of building systems and mechanical equipment across a designated area of the portfolio. They will be physically comfortable completing repairs and maintenance work and will be required to undertake unit maintenance when tenants vacate.

Construction Site Superintendent

This position is ideal for someone who is working in the trades, possibly a foreman, and they want to get off the tools.  Or perhaps someone in another province who wants to move back to be closer to family.

Are you organized?  Can you handle and do you want more than just the daily grind? We are looking for an individual who can use the experience they’ve gained from their trade but learn about the other 10-15 trades that we work with. You don’t need to be a pro at everything, and we don’t want you to be, but we want someone who is a team player, who wants to learn this role and grow with our company.

Building Operator
