Director of Financial Reporting

Reporting to the Vice President, Financial Accounting & Treasury, the Director of Financial Reporting is an integral member of the management team. A senior member of the Finance Team, the Director of Financial Reporting will be responsible for preparing, reporting, and analyzing the financial results of the organization. The Director of Financial Reporting will play a significant role in budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management and debt financing.

Floor Technician

Reporting to the General Manager of Merit Cleaning, the Floor Technician is responsible for ensuring that all floor surfaces, including carpets, tiles, vinyl, and wood floors, are well-maintained, clean, and in good condition. They perform a variety of floor care duties, including cleaning, waxing, and buffing repairing floors.

Tenant Relations Manager - Commercial

Reporting to the Manager of Tenant Services, the Tenant Relations Manager will support Tenants at assigned properties with any day-to-day support needed and providing excellent client service.

Project Coordinator

Reporting to the Construction Manager and supporting different Project Managers and Site Superintendents, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the firm’s projects, which are diverse and include a range of work from restaurant retail, base building upgrades, tenant improvements to complex new developments.

Building Operator 

The successful candidate will respond to tenant requests, participate in property preventative maintenance programs, monitor and investigate utility anomalies, oversee contractors and perform maintenance on HVAC equipment.
