Construction Superintendent

We are presently seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to add to our team of construction professionals.  Our ideal candidate will manage the day to day operation of construction sites, ensuring that the field operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.  Bringing at least 10 years of relevant experience, and a trade or educational background that supports their work, the successful candidate had a proven record of success as the on-site leader for projects in excess of $5M.

Property Manager

Reporting to the Senior Property Manager this role will assist in the day to day management of a growing portfolio of commercial and retail assets in the HRM. We are seeking an experienced Hotel Controller to join the team at the Armour Group. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer this role will work closely with the Hotel Management team to maximize profitability by facilitating the achievement of hotel budget objectives and streamlining costs.

Director of Engineering

We are seeking a Director of Engineering to join our growing team. With a P.Eng designation (preferably Mechanical), the Director of Engineering will oversee a growing team of engineering technologists, and work with property managers to guide building operators and maintenance professionals to ensure that all company assets are maintained to the highest standards. They will work closely with our construction and development divisions, providing critical review of building plans and drawings, including the design of plumbing systems, hydronic heating, air conditioning ventilation, cooling systems, natural gas, fire protection and building automation systems. Experience with district energy plants is an asset.

Sales and Catering Manager - Delta Dartmouth

The position assists with the soliciting and handling of sales opportunities. Responsible for preparing all event documentation and coordinates with Sales, property departments and customer to ensure consistent, high level service throughout pre-event, event and post-event phases of property events. Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery. Assists in leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives. Achieves personal sales goals. Recognizes opportunities to maximize revenue opportunities by up-selling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events.
